Allow Police to search metal recycling at their discretion.

Additional Information

In light of the many high profile metal thefts taking place across the country, war memorials, Sarah Payne's statue etc, we the undersigned request that the police are given full access to 'any' metal recycling facility, to search it without notice or need for a warrant.
