10 years minimum for twoc or stealing cars

Stealing and driving a stolen car should carry a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison; everybody has seen the TV programs with the style driving. Luckily it’s only a few of us that have our car stolen, or have a call at the door to say a family member has been killed by a so called joy rider.
