Petition Details

The EU Referendum is merely advisory & has a narrow margin. No PM can trigger Art. 50/Lisbon without Parliamentary authorisation and cannot rely on Prerogative powers. Any repeal of the European Communities Act or bill to empower the PM to trigger Art.50 should be put to a free vote in Parliament.
