A petition for a serious discussion about a legal, regulated cannabis market.
This petition is designed to start a serious discussion about the benefits of a legal, regulated market for cannabis in the United Kingdom.
It is clear to most people that the war on drugs is a failure, and that the regulation of cannabis would take profits out of the hands of organised crime.
