Add "None of the above" to the election ballot paper.

With belief in MP's of all parties at an all time low, add "None of the above" to the ballot paper to remove all candidates in a constituency from standing in elections for 10 years. this may make candidates, MP's and parties more respectful and responsive to the electorate in their constituencies.

Additional Information

If "None of the above" wins the ballot then all those candidate on the ballot paper would be barred from standing for office for 10 years
