Allow cigarette advertising under strict conditions

Additional Information

Allow cigarette advertising on the tv and radio during watershed hours.
Allow cigarettes advertising in cinemas which show 15+ films.
Dont allow it in newspapers, magazines, billboards, internet, football grounds or sponsorship etc since it is likely children will see it.
If alcohol can be advertised why cant cigarettes?

Allow smoking in public e.g. workplaces, pubs, restaurants, transport if person in authority allows it.

STOP the tobacco display ban which is going to include every shop and NEVER allow plain packaging to take place and DONT allow doctors to ban cigarette sales to those born after 2000.
