Amend the rules on stopping carers allowance upon receipt of the state pension
As soon as I reached pensionable age my carers' allowance ceased.
I have paid towards my pension all my life and am saving the state a considerable sum by caring for my mother in my own home.
The benefits rules should change to allow the payment of both.
