Animal Abuse Register
This petition would hope to establish a private register holding the names of those convicted of Animal Cruelty.
This private register would then be available to dog breeders, animal shelters, the RSPCA, and any other organisation that deals with the re-homing or sale of animals. This will be done in the hope that animal abusers will not get the opportunity to re-offend.
