Ban the sale and use of Chinese Lanterns
Chinese lanterns cause fires and can seriously injure livestock including horses. They also create litter where they land. They are used year-round for parties and so it is impossible to keep animals indoors safely to avoid risk. They are highly dangerous and need to be banned.
