Ban the wearing of masks
Police officers should be given the power to arrest anyone wearing a facemask or otherwise attempting to conceal or concealing their face or identity when they are involved in or reasonably suspected of attempting to join in or support or condone civil unrest, demonstration, riot, looting or other criminal act.
