Bar the Conservative MP Philip Davies, from speaking in debates for 12 months.

Petition Details

Philip Davies, spoke for more than 90 minutes in the House of Commons on Friday in an attempt to derail a vote on ratifying a treaty on domestic violence. Filibustering is an archaic, undemocratic practice that allows MPs to block debate on important issues. It has no place in a modern parliament.
