BBC to subsidise licence fee for over 70's

Additional Information

If the BBC has money to waste on IT projects that have now been abandoned then they should pay for free TV Licences for the elderly, not the treasury. For information on the IT project watch the Public Accounts Committee meeting in Salford, shocking waste of money.
