Benefits: Put UK citizens first

British citizens:
Receive 100% value of all benefits they are entitled to.

EU citizens residing in the UK:
Receive 50% value of all benefits entitled to UK citizens.

Non-EU citizens residing in the UK:
Receive 25% value of all benefits entitled to UK citizens.

RULES:

- Benefits must be paid into a government bank account allocated to the claimant. No private bank accounts or cash payments allowed.

- Claimant cannot withdraw money from or pay money into this account.

- Claimants are issued with a benefit debit card, this cannot be used to withdraw cash - only pay for UK-registered good and services.

- All non-monetary benefits/allowances to be given cash values and set against the benefit account.
