Bring a subject into schools about depression and mental health issues!!
Depression and mental health is a silent killer, we all have someone or know someone who is dealing with this issue in there life. If this is a subject in schools, people will be able to learn about it and the effects it has on families and friends etc. Can also spot important signs of this illness!
We have a group on Facebook called the invisible, it is the first one set up in Liverpool north west England.
