Bring Back National Service
Bring back a form of national service for those that choose not to continue in any form of education and are not in employment.
This will ensure that those that choose not to or cannot better themselves are then made to work towards giving themselves a purpose as well as learning new skills.
As well as a boot camp style of discipline they need to be learning skills from engineering and military training so that they have a qualifications, skills and value themselves on leaving after 18 months to 2 years.
