Bring back National service for young offenders
To bring back national service for out of control teenagers and young offenders who at present are to young to be punished to the full extent of the law. This sentence should be carried out once youth has left full time education, in the case of an adult, before benefits can be claimed if unemployed. This is designed to install discipline.
