Bringing Back Capital Punishment
To Bring back Corporate punishment i.e hanging or lethal injecion when it can be proved without reasonable doubt, that a person has abused or murdered a child.
To Pass a law that enables children who abuse or murder another child must be punished bringing back borstal type prisons.
