British Lunar Exploration Programme
This petition intends to see the UK pull its ESA funding and focus on Lunar Exploration (via the UK Space Agency), leading up to a manned lunar landing in the mid 2020's and the establishment of a Lunar colony by the mid 2030's. The ultimate goal of this petition is to see a Lunar Colony with a population of 100,000 by 2050
