Btriton should have its own internal bill of Rights and ignore the European Court of Human Rights

Additional Information

The British Government should draft, debate and pass a "British Bill of Rights" which supercedes the European Court of Human Rights and enables Britain to have the full and final decision on any legal matters within our own country.
