Cap child benefit age to 12 years.

Additional Information

Child benefit should not be given to children over the age of 12. Why is it that Airlines treat over 12s as adults and charge full fares but we cannot stop child benefit. People are using children as cash cows and rarely spend this money on their children. The money saved from child benefits should be directly invested in child services and their future.
