Cap Family Income Limit For Social Housing Eligibility

Additional Information

Only families earning less than £45,000.00 per year should be eligible and allowed to rent social housing, and families earning over £45,000.00 per year should not be allowed to rent social housing at all, and families whose income goes above £45,000.00 per year after they have rented social housing when their income was less, should be forced to vacate their social housing and either buy or rent from the private sector, as they will then be deemed as being able to afford to do so. This would free up thousands of social housing homes across the UK almost immediately, and provide the desperately needed social housing homes for those families who cannot afford to either buy or rent from the private sector.
