Change Basingstoke's Roundabout Traffic Lights to Peak Hours / Traffic Density Only

The Traffic lights at Festival Place & Junction 6 DO NOT need to be in operation for the majority of the day - and in particular at weekends.

They must have an adverse effect on people that local businesses and Council hope to draw to town to generate income

They also drive local residents to distraction

There have been many near misses where irritated and / or impatient drivers go through late on Red to avoid unnecessary delays

Please let's have a return to sanity and make the lights peak hour / traffic density dependent
