Change the law as to Concessionary Bus Travel.
The Government , changes the law on the Concessionary Bus Travel in all areas, England, Scotland ,Wales and Northern Ireland.
A minimum charge of 50p is made by the passenger on production of the pass to the operator.
I gather county's such as Hampshire have thought of this idea, but in most rural areas due to county council funding cuts essential services are being withdrawn, due funding being cut by those county councils.
