Petition Action

CHANGE THE LAW so that Royal Mail becomes liable for consequential losses when they fail to deliver.

Additional Information

Royal Mail loses hundreds of items every day, costing those who pay for their services millions of pounds for which Royal Mail abrogates all responsibility, limiting its compensation to a book of postage stamps. Royal Mail MUST be brought into line with other companies and be made liable for consequential losses when they fail to do the job they take customers' money for doing.
