Compulsory Voting with opt-out option on ballot forms

Additional Information

Voting in local and national elections should be made mandatory with the inclusion of an option on the ballot form which states “None of the above candidates”.
In addition to which a ‘penalty/fine’ would be issued anyone failing to vote.
