Convict Parents of Young Offenders
Sick to death of hearing about repeat young offenders.
If their parents were made responsible for their childrens actions maybe they'd pay a bit more attention to what they get up to when out roaming the streets.
Parents should be charged with neglect and fined if their children offend.
