these gang members should be placed highly visible clothing and chained together as part of a gang . They should be made to pick up rubbish (that the councils have to fund at the moment) They should be made to do physical community work. The parents of the children allowing their offspring to do this should be included in this gang. If they like gang culture maybe they will like this one Throw out the human rights and PC . THE EVENTS OF THE PAST DAYS SHOW THAT HARD CONSEQUENCES NEED TO BE TAKEN
