Petition Action

Convicted rioters to help global relief aid

Additional Information

Give convicted looters & rioters following the August 2011 troubles the chance to exchange a prison sentence for the opportunity to help the voluntary relief organisations with the aid work in places such as Somalia, etc. Let them discover, first hand, what social deprivation really is in Third World Countries. This may well open their eyes to how lucky they are to be living in England and a welfare state.
