Copyright the British flag and flag of St George so that products/merchadise bearing this symbol can only be manufactured in Britain by British manufacturers.
This would include Olmpic/sporting souvenirs and clothing and would result in reduction in unemployment as hundreds of products exist bearing our symbols and they are often made abroad.
