Petition Action

Create a position in all NHS hospitals to charge foreigners for treatment.

Petition Details

There are too many stories about foreigners coming to the UK to get free treatment. A good example being the heavily pregnant Nigerian woman who landed here and had a multiple birth and treatment on the NHS and has not paid a penny towards her treatment.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition in its current form as it does not call for a clear action from the UK Government and Parliament. You could start a petition calling on the Government to introduce a charge for NHS services for non-British citizens.
