Death penalty for the murder of police officers or children.
For the reinstatement of the death penalty for persons who have killed police officers and persons under the age of 18. There MUST be DNA evidence that the person is guilty, or that the person has pleaded guilty in trial. Other wise the death penalty will not be used.
