Defence Cuts v. HS2

Additional Information

We the undersigned state that the HS2 at an 'estimated' 32 billion (which historicly will be grossly over budget) should be scrapped and the money should be used to cancel the proposed cuts to the armed forces (38 billion) to maintain them to at least the level they now stand at.
