Deny all benefit claiments the right to claim national lottery prizes of more than £50,000
Excessive National Lottery prizes should not be available to those claiming state benefits (for more than 6 months) These prizes should be limited to £50,000, with the remainder used to pay off any benefit payments made in the past, and the rest returned to the national lottery.
