Domicilliary and Social Care should not be out-sourced

Additional Information

The provision to those in need of domiciliary and social care should not involve the profit motive. It is acceptable that choice be available but a high standard service should be provided at a charge equal to cost by the public sector thereby removing the profit motive and ensuring consistency in staff training, standards, salary and time allocations.
