Educate drivers on road rage.
The UK is still known as the road rage captial of the world. 9 out of 10 drivers experience road rage. There should be a campaign to educate all drivers how to cope with road ragers on the road. All car insurance companies, RAC, AA, police forces, driving schools, department of transport, should link resources to educate drivers on better road discipline. No one teaches you how to cope with road ragers.
