Enforce deadlines upon car insurance companies for the completion of claims
A person involved in an accident & not at fault, can wait months if the other side ignore their insurance company and don't respond, due to their being no deadline on a response from the other party. Insurance should have 28 days to investigate blame & escalate to a dispute process if no agreement
