Ensure that Andrew Mitchell, if he is returned to office, is NEVER put in charge of taxpayer pounds again.

Andrew Mitchell demonstrated extreme disdain and arrogance for the taxpayer when he handed GBP8 million to his friends in Rwanda - which he knew was going to be used to buy bombs and bullets for his further friends in the Congo - immediately before he left the International Aid Department earlier this year. He has demonstrated that he CANNOT be trusted to be honest with taxpayers money and WE MUST BE PROTECTED FROM HIM. HE MUST NEVER AGAIN BE ALLOWED TO HAVE CHARGE OF TAXPAYER POUNDS IN ANY OF HIS FUTURE POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS. THE MAN SIMPLY CANNOT SEE THE WRONG OF WHAT HE DOES.
