Ensure the Health Secretary has a clinical background
This petition is to develop ministers with actual clinical insight into health services.
The credibility of ministers making decisions about the NHS would be enhanced further if the Health Secretary had a clinical background e.g. Nurse, Physio, OT, Doctor etc
