Equal Pay for South Lanarkshire Council

Additional Information

For traditional woman jobs in South Lanarkshire Council the rate of pay as been less then traditional male jobs. Why?
SLC have been told by the FOI Commisioner to show the difference in pay between Land Operatives and woman in there Council. They have appealed this to the Highest Court in Scotland they unanimously agreed with the FOI Commisioner and also said this info should be shown.
Surrounding coucils have been given this so why should SLC be above the law when it comes to equal pay?
We want the government to force SLC to take action on these aligations and to make them stop wasting more time and stop spending more money that is not needed.
