Fixed rents in all 1 bedroom poperties, Fixed rents in all 2 bedroom properties, Fixed rents in all 3 bedroom properties and so on.

It would be fairer to have fixed rents in private and social housing so that they were all the same for each property containing

1 bedroom properties

2 bedroom properties

3 bedroom properties

4 bedroom properties

5 bedroom properties etc

If all the houses,bungalows and maisonettes with a garden paid the same rent it would make it more affordable housing for everybody.

If all flats and maisonettes without gardens paid a same rent but cheaper.

What i would like the government to do is set the rents at around £60.00 per week for all households in each bedroom category and allowing the rent to go lower if no garden is available.
