Petition Action

For the right to have your name held from the public when on trail and after conviction

Additional Information

Recently a royal marine was convicted of murdering an injured Taliban insurgent.
The marines name was released to the public,
Due to the killing of the solider in London by the two Muslims this could be a risk to the marine and his family.
I ask that we should have the right to keep our name from being released in exception to the laws that are in place to sexual crimes and domestic abuse laws that are there to protect other people
