G4S secure solutions should undergo fit and proper assessment.
The SIA should audit G4S in order to reassess whether they should be allowed 'Approved Contractor' status. This audit should be based on the SIA criteria: Strategy, Processes, Commercial Relationship management, Financial Management, Resources, People, Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility and Results. G4S appear to be failing on most of these criteria at present.
