Get pay more than the minimum wages during the Christmas period in retail stores

We should get pay more than the minimum wages during this times of the year! Because of how busy our stores get , and also because of how stressful it is!!
It's not worth £4.65ph or £5.55ph with all the task that we need to achieve at this time of the year. So let's try to make a change at this..
