GOVERNMENT CAR INSURANCE
I propose that the government setup a subsidized low cost, third party only car insurance policy. This would help unprivileged citizens to afford the extortionate cost of driving whilst also providing the government with another source of income.
It makes sense, if you like my proposal please sign as a majority we can make a change !
