Grant all UK residents a right to vote after a reasonable period of residency

Petition Details

Currently only British citizens are allowed to vote in UK general elections and referenda. Citizens from other EU countries are only allowed to vote in local elections, no matter how long they have lived in the UK.
Grant EU citizens who have lived in the UK for 10 years or longer the right to vote
