Hgv speed signs to inform car drivers mandatory

Additional Information

Make it mandatory for trucks to display the speed limits they have to drive to by law so to educate car drivers that think trucks are driving slowly for the fun of it and get abusive at the truck drivers.
Also Educate car drivers about this when taking their theory tests.
