I would like to start a petition for there to be a Animal Abusers Register .
Animals continue to be abused..neglected starved beaten and tortured in the UK with minimal consequences to the perpetrators. There is documented evidence that animal cruelty correlates with physical abuse to adults and children . We today as a educated and caring society must act as advocates
Already in states of America a animal abusers register has been passed
Also we need to protect children as there is a correlation between child abusers and animal abuse .
Also animals need advocates and protection . Many UK celebrities endorse this
