If Scotland goes independent from the UK then it is NEVER to become eligible for Foreign Aid from the English, Welsh and NI taxpayer.

Additional Information

Scotland has received much, much more of the UK taxpayers pound than it should and if it goes independent, and I seriously hope it does, then it should NEVER be able to use its status as a foreign country from England, Wales and Northern Ireland to receive aid from the taxpayer funded International Aid Department of the English government.
