Immigrants should be forced to pay for their own medical care for a set period of time
In order to curb the number of immigrants coming to this country and using up NHS resources, even though they have never paid into it, they should be forced to pay for their own medical care for a set period of time after they initially enter the country, for example 2 years, until they have paid a set amount of tax.
