Petition Action

In the event of a Scottish secession from the Union, all Scottish MPs should have no more input into the Westminster Parliament.

Additional Information

If the Scottish People decide to secede from the United Kingdom in the 2014 referendum; we, the undersigned wish that from the point of the referendum all Members of Parliament (Westminster) who are elected members for seats in Scotland shall cease to be members of the Westminster Parliament as it would be completely unfair for those Members to influence matters concerning the Union from that point. Further, all rights and pensions of those Scottish MPs shall be paid for by the Scottish Government from the point of secession. No Scottish MP shall be allowed to influence the settlement between Scotland and the Union which must be the exclusive domain of the Scottish Parliament and the Home Office.
